What we did. Articulated the user requirements for a new digital archive and selected an appropriate technical framework to meet them. We also designed the required data workflow for digitised content.
How we did it. Through intensive liaison with client staff across different departments, and a survey questionnaire of users.

What we did. Identified the requirements for new and enhanced features in a redeveloped user interface to a digital archive.
How we did it. Review of client documentation; analysis of usage data; face-to-face workshops with current and potential users.

What we did. Worked with the client to identify the requirements for the management of data across the whole organisation, including document creation, sharing between colleagues, and long-term preservation.
How we did it. Through an intensive workshop with client staff, and research into outsourcing options.
